Hey y'all. Sorry about the weird glitch with your group [and, probably, you getting a bunch of automated emails about your content being restored].
One thing you can do on Newsvine is reply under specific threads within a discussion liek I'm doing here. Just click reply on the appropriate comment.
Other awesome things:
Welcome, I hope y'all stick around. Sorry for the bumpy start.
I think I saw this mentioned somewhere else...no emoticons. Sorry.
shake your butt and get off the first tee (way to go somebody ! ! ! !
you got the Word Chain over here. It
finished on the 1256 the page over there)
first tee long-n-straight
(I'm not sure how just yet, but there might be a way to have this be a private 'theme/conversation', so if anyone figures out how to do the chain, that way, speak up!
PS, I just learned that by hitting the 'start tracking' button will let you know when someone has responded to articles/seeds that you like to keep track on.)
straight as an arrow - something Tiger can't do off the tee-box
That's good to know tkno - I was wondering how to see if anyone else wrote to the board.
(Hi guys. Do you think we have lost I Heart and Sonja?)
box of tricks
trick or treat
(I hope not, but both know that we came here a few months back to check it out when we were suspecious of their shutting it down..., so I hope they will come check it out. What made you look here?)
Trying to get Tri-E over here - he's on line, but don't know where.
treat yourself to a good sandwich
nonsense poetry
("I don't like the looks of this board and I'm not sure how to navigate". Nor me - maybe we should start a forum at foxsports or somewhere. When I Heart gets here of course.)
poetry in motion
show us whatchu got G/B - Hey S M and Tri-E - missed you guys.

Don't give up yet guys. The main problem here is that there's so much to learn as far how to use this thing. I think simplicity is the key. We need to stay in the 'hood so to speak. I've been boppin' around Newsvine and it's just ridiculous all the crap you have to know. I did manage to seed a link to a news article on Feherty farting on the 18th fairway at the Buick and Tiger getting the blame. If we stay with PGA Tee Time for public discussion and TeeWrecks for stuff between us, we'll be alright. I refuse to go to a Fox board out of sheer principle. Sonja and Brit need to approve group and friend requests though.
Sonja, go to your personal page and click on the friends tab, then approve the friends and group requests. There are some Pick 5's going on the TeeTimeTalk page, I actually entered one just for the halibut, I like fish.

When you come on to Newsvine, your name (Sonja-Meister) should be on the far left end of the black banner. Slide over to the right end of the black banner and it says 'friends' then 'groups' Click on them one at a time and on the right side you'll see new friends requests, accept the ones you want then go to groups and accept new groups requsts then you will be live and in color (and scantily clad, one would hope)
